Part-time Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team on a part-time basis. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit function of the business, including setting up new accounts, agreeing credit limits, and collection of outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales ledger and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Agree credit limits with customers and monitor their creditworthiness
- Collect outstanding invoices and resolve any issues or disputes
- Produce aged debtor reports to identify and pursue late payments
- Work with a wide range of national organisations and local businesses to resolve invoice issues and improve payment processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven credit control experience, with a strong track record of collecting outstanding debt
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours of 20 hours per week, 25 days holiday (pro rata for part-time) plus bank holidays and free parking.
