About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people across Hampshire, North Surrey, and South Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of occupational therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of care.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to maintain and enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Band 6 or 7 qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • BSc Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • HCPC accreditation and RCoT membership.
  • Valid DBS and driving licence.
  • 2-4 years of experience in paediatric occupational therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of standardised assessment tools and techniques, such as Sensory Profiles and M-ABC.
