Job Title: Mechanical Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team at David Leslie Ltd, a well-established and respected Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed estimates for our HVAC projects, working closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC projects, including design, installation, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our estimates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the HVAC industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and commissioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail
