Job Title: Associate Director Data Science and Machine Learning

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data scientist to join our team at SRG. As an Associate Director of Data Science and Machine Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML-driven statistical and computational methods to advance our scientific and therapeutic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into the broader informatics strategy.
  • Analyze diverse 'omics datasets to identify novel therapeutic targets and evaluate treatment efficacy.
  • Provide analytical guidance to the Human Genetics and Computational Chemistry teams.
  • Communicate key insights to stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience's needs.
  • Work with developers and bioinformaticians to establish an ML-optimized data storage and mining infrastructure.
