Lead Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize plant productivity
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
