As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for running an efficient and professional workshop, ensuring complete customer satisfaction through the optimal utilisation of our facilities.

This is a hands-on, exciting, and challenging role that requires strong management and leadership skills, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of staff, experience of working to KPIs, budgets, and meeting targets, and a strong understanding of workshop processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations
  • Monitoring and controlling workshop performance, including KPIs and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literate, with experience of using Kerridge software

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with a 1⁄2 hour unpaid lunch break, and every third Saturday 8 am to noon. Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business and team.
