Oaklands College is in search of a committed Security Supervisor to manage the daily functions of our security team across multiple campuses. This position requires overseeing security staff, supervising access control measures, and safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel. The successful candidate will possess a background in security management, strong leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of security practices and emergency response protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- SIA certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory security role.
- In-depth knowledge of security measures, access control systems, and emergency procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
