Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our 100+ parks and open spaces, ensuring they remain in excellent condition for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain grounds and open spaces to a high standard, including playgrounds, countryside areas, and sports play pitches.
  • Work in our Highways and Housing Team and Cemeteries Maintenance Team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance is desirable.
  • Knowledge of plant identification and health and safety procedures is essential.
  • A driving licence allowing up to 3.5 tonne (transit tipper) is required.
Working Conditions

Working hours: 35 hours per week.
