Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthy Pregnancy Advisor to join Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust. The post is full-time, covering sites in Wycombe Hospital and Stoke Mandeville as well as in the community.

Main Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based specialist Healthy Pregnancy Advice services, contributing to national healthy lifestyle targets and the aim to reduce health inequalities.

Arrange appointments, venues, and times in response to client choice.

Deliver one-to-one support to clients based on their needs, carrying out comprehensive assessments of referred or self-referred clients, and working with the client to plan and develop a programme which will meet the needs of the individual.
