Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be key to driving the dealership's success by promoting and selling vans to a varied customer base. This role requires a proactive mindset in business development, nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, and providing customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to ascertain their business needs and offer expert guidance on the most appropriate vehicle choices.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest commercial vehicle models and market trends.
- Negotiate sales and finalize agreements while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service, parts, and finance teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in promotional initiatives to enhance the dealership's market visibility.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or a related industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Valid UK driving license.
