About Teaching Personnel:

Our Services Include:

  • Diverse Subject Offerings: We provide tutoring in essential subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science, along with specialized subjects like French and Business Studies up to GCSE level.
  • Individualized Learning Strategies: Our tutors create bespoke learning strategies for each student, ensuring that their specific needs and academic objectives are addressed.
  • Flexible Tutoring Options: We offer both online and face-to-face tutoring sessions to meet the varying accessibility and convenience preferences of our clients.
  • Ongoing Progress Monitoring: Regular progress updates are provided to keep parents and guardians informed about the student's achievements and areas requiring additional focus.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Qualified Educators: We are looking for educators with experience in developing personalized educational plans for KS2, KS3, and KS4 students.
  • SEN/SEMH Experts: Candidates with experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges are highly valued.
  • Subject Matter Experts: We seek tutors who possess in-depth knowledge of subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science, and who are familiar with the relevant curriculum.

Essential Qualifications:

  • QTS/PGCE certification is required.
  • Experience working with SEN students is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
