Job Opportunity

Keoghs Scotland is seeking a Solicitor

with Litigation experience to join our Disease team in Glasgow. As a member of our team, you will handle a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated Disease cases for insurer and uninsured clients, including asbestos or asthma related illnesses.

  • Client Liaison and Site Visits
  • Litigation Strategy Review
  • Court Document Drafting
  • Witness Statement Preparation
  • Expert and Counsel Instructions
  • Business Development Support

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one unpaid hour for lunch.

Requirements

  • Litigation experience, including Personal Injury
  • Experience in the Sheriff court and Court of Session
  • Excellent forensic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in sensitive and complex claims
