**About Us:

Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd is a leading provider of professional services, seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Director to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

**Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Ledger Director to manage a team of 6 Accounts Receivable staff, working closely with the UK Credit Control Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with daily duties, including billing, cash management, new accounts, and credit control.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales ledger team, ensuring all billing mailboxes are being managed and queries responded to daily.
  • Review the Daily Invoice Pipeline Report and ensure invoices are posted in alignment with billing deadlines.
  • Manage and support inter-company non-cash settlements, including reporting, sales ledger housekeeping, investigations, and responding to inter-company discrepancy queries.
  • Manage Regional Daily Cash Receipts to ensure all posted and reconciled.
  • Manage Customer Payment Journals.
  • Manage credit control mailboxes.
  • Provide credit control support for key accounts across the group.

**What We Offer:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40,000 on a full-time basis, with the option to consider a 4-day week (pro-rata salary).
