CNC Setter/Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC milling machines, including Hurco machines, to produce high-quality precision parts.
  • Develop and implement off-line programming solutions to streamline efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production schedules.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of machines to ensure consistent performance.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • CNC setting experience is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming software and techniques.
