This position will be part of a dedicated treatment team that integrates with partner agencies and extends the existing drug and alcohol team in Shropshire.

The role will provide access to necessary interventions and treatment in outreach locations, as well as bases, improving referral times for psychological, physical health, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise engagement and reduce associated harm.
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to provide comprehensive support.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies.
