Overview:


A healthcare facility is in search of a proactive and skilled Engineering Team Supervisor with expertise in Electrical or General Building Services.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a committed team at a leading healthcare establishment in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee a small team comprising 3 Engineers and 2 Administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, representing the engineering division and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Building Services Management: Supervise and uphold all building services, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Deliver PPM services and manage reactive maintenance tasks to guarantee the hospital's infrastructure functions effectively.

Managerial Responsibilities:
Assume the manager's duties in their absence, ensuring seamless service continuity and leadership.
