About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gameplay Animation Engineer to join our team at Playground Games. As a key member of our animation team, you will be responsible for developing high-level animation systems and collaborating with our design teams to achieve creative solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of animation technologies and a passion for engineering systems that deliver results of the highest quality. You will work closely with our animation and technical animation teams to ensure the quality of the animation in our games is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level animation systems working alongside our animation engineering team.
  • Collaborate with our design teams to help develop creative solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Work with the animation and technical animation teams to understand their requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering experience preferably within animation.
  • C++ and software architecture skills.
  • Passion for animation and engineering, and a desire to keep learning and staying on the cutting edge.
  • A genuine passion for video games.
