Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members and provide assistance as needed.
- Conduct site evaluations and assess conceptual designs in line with local regulations.
- Lead or assist in the creative design process, converting client requirements into feasible designs.
- Efficiently prepare and submit planning packages, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Mentor junior staff and represent the firm in professional interactions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- ARB registered or working towards registration.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup Pro, Enscape/CGI Visual modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit or similar BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of UK planning applications and building regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and motivated approach, with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
