Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and multi-skilled maintenance, with a valid UK driver's license and 18th edition certification.

Responsibilities

As an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will work autonomously, traveling to dedicated sites to perform tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Perform fault finding and repair work on a range of systems
  • Work autonomously, traveling to dedicated sites
  • Perform tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18th edition certification
  • Full valid UK driver's license
  • On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

Desirable Qualifications:

  • F-Gas qualification
  • IOSH working safely qualification
  • Plumbing experience
  • Basic fabric skills
  • 2391 testing inspection
