Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Cross-Cloud Test Engineer to join our team at PRIMUS Global Services, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce Core Data and Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Copado and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless deployment processes
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce cross-cloud testing, MCP Data Cloud, SFMC, Service Cloud, and Marketing functionalities

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Copado testing and automated testing tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage technical, operational, and business activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Litmus and other email testing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Reside in the Mid-Atlantic region (DC and Philadelphia)
  • Principles-only consultants assigned to this project will be on the direct payroll of PRIMUS
