THE ROLE
As the leader of the Delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations throughout the day, ensuring seamless delivery processes. Your role will involve motivating and guiding a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional service at every doorstep. A successful leader fosters a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, setting an example by embodying our core values.
To achieve excellence in workforce management, resource allocation, and specialized project initiatives, you will collaborate with Trade Union representatives to continuously enhance performance standards.
