Position: Residential Property Supervisor

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Residential Property Supervisor to join a reputable charity organization, responsible for managing a significant portion of the Trust's residential property portfolio, which includes approximately 160 homes.

Location:
Fairford, Gloucestershire – with potential for occasional remote work.

Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of property oversight.

Your responsibilities will include general estate management administration, collaborating closely with Managing Agents and the Finance team to enhance property management practices.

The position entails conducting timely rent assessments within the residential portfolio, effectively managing outstanding debts, reducing vacancy periods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing repairs and maintenance while adhering to budgetary constraints.

This role combines administrative tasks with active engagement with various stakeholders across the estates, providing essential day-to-day support to the Managing Agents to ensure smooth operations.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property lettings and management
- Proven ability to manage tenant and contractor relationships
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Experience in management and administration within property, rural estates, or similar businesses
- Relevant professional qualifications or training in property and tenancy management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
