Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Butlin's, based in our Minehead resort.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues, where we offer a unique and memorable dining experience to every guest, every time.

• You will have experience in a similar level role and be looking to take on new challenges in the kitchen.
• You will be a hard-working and determined individual, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment.
• You will be a team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
• You will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, and be confident in leading a team to deliver high standards in this area.
