As an experienced Optical Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a patient-focused independent optician in South West London. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an optician's practice, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

• Dispense eyewear to all levels, ensuring accurate and efficient service to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the optometrist and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with patient consultations, taking detailed histories and providing personalized advice on eyewear options.
• Contribute to the development of a stress-free eyesight society, working closely with the optometrist to identify the best solutions for individual eye care needs.

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an optician's practice.
• Ability to work 4 or 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for styling and fashion-consciousness.
• Ability to spend up to an hour per dispense, ensuring quality time with customers.
• Demonstrated passion for optics and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
