The Role

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to manage technical support across some of our new partners in onboarding. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners and addressing issues with their integration using tools built by our Growth tribe. You will work closely with our Product Data engineering squad, which manages the onboarding and maintenance of Lyst partners, and report to our Partner Acquisition Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical support for new partners in onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the Product Data engineering squad to develop and implement solutions for partner onboarding and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring their technical needs are met and their experience with Lyst is positive.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our onboarding process and technical support.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Self-starter with excellent technical support skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Great organizational and process management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from partners.
  • Experience with data feeds and technical tools such as Jira, Excel, and Looker.
  • Comfortable learning new technical concepts and systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • A natural collaborator, able to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
