Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize production machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and techniques.
- At least a Level 3 in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in the Manufacturing industry.
- Automation experience working with Siemens PLC's.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ideal experience in the Food, Distribution, Medical, or Automotive industry.
- Competitive salary.
