- Manage hotel reservations.
- Dispatch maintenance notifications and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Gather feedback from engineers.
- Oversee false management processes.
- Prepare P1 SLA reports.
- Assist with URN applications and reinstatement processes.
- Address and resolve service inquiries in accordance with company SLAs.
- Fulfill any additional reasonable requests from your line manager and supervisor.
