Job Overview

Purpose of the Role:

Collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional customer support efficiently and effectively. Aiming to provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and precise handling of customer inquiries received through phone, written communication, and digital platforms.
  • Respond to customer calls while adhering to established service standards.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience by accurately documenting information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to guarantee timely information exchange.
  • Complete administrative reports and tasks to meet stakeholder service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage hotel reservations.
  • Dispatch maintenance notifications and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Gather feedback from engineers.
  • Oversee false management processes.
  • Prepare P1 SLA reports.
  • Assist with URN applications and reinstatement processes.
  • Address and resolve service inquiries in accordance with company SLAs.
  • Fulfill any additional reasonable requests from your line manager and supervisor.
