Job Summary

GAP Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team as an Equipment Transport Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting rental pump equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading rental pump equipment from our fleet of vehicles
  • Delivering and collecting equipment to and from customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Conducting hire equipment demonstrations and ensuring all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless equipment transportation and delivery
Requirements
  • Significant experience working within an HGV driving role, loading, delivering, and collecting equipment to/from customer sites
  • Full UK HGV Class 2 driving licence and valid Digital Tachograph card
  • Ideal HIAB licence or ADR licence
  • Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and ability to follow guidelines in the workplace
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
