Finance and Insurance Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Finance and Insurance Coordinator to join our Finance Business Services team at Vertu Motors Head Office.

About the Role:

  • Manage the F&I helpdesk, assigning tickets to technicians and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Produce monthly reports to identify trends, compliance issues, and coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider F&I team to drive resolution and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong literacy and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the team and build strong relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of working in a regulated environment (advantageous).
