We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving site optimization, continuous improvement, and stellar performance in safety, quality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) performance to identify sources of lost production and develop strategies to improve site availability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer organizations, serving as the technical lead for the management and delivery of technical queries.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions and drive projects to optimize site processes and increase availability.
- Lead customer technical meetings and onsite technical review meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and publish accurate site reports for internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations.
- Drive initiatives to improve First Time Fix and enhance overall site performance.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and leading meetings.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and spot trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
