MOJ/OIC Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MOJ/OIC Fee Earner to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our Multi-Track team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of minor head injury cases across the MOJ and OIC Portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of cases at all stages of the MOJ and OIC Portals
  • Update clients on the progress of their cases
  • Assess quantum and identify potential issues
  • Meet targets and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions
About You:
  • Proficient in using the MOJ and OIC Portals
  • Good working knowledge of CPR and relevant case law
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to provide high-level client care and manage a varied caseload
