Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts and Finance team at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers and homeowners to settle overdue accounts in a friendly and professional manner
- Negotiating repayment plans and discussing account terms
- Handling delicate situations, particularly with customers facing financial difficulties
- Liaising with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships
Requirements:
- Good experience in Accounts and Finance, with at least one year's experience as a Credit Controller
- Proven record of recovering aged debt balances in a B2C credit control function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
- Good IT skills, with a high standard of competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
