Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior CRM Data Executive to join our Growth Marketing team, focusing on Grocery, our fastest-growing business unit. As a key member of our team, you will lead owned-channel execution, design and execute experiments, and build automated journeys to drive Grocery adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Global Growth Marketing Manager, Growth Analyst, Local Marketing, and central CRM teams to develop and deploy a test and learn strategy
  • Work with Global Grocery Brand Lead and agencies to create campaigns that embody our brand, capture attention, and drive impact
  • Create and implement test strategies, including A/B and multi-varient testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively across competing issues
Requirements
  • CRM/campaign management platform experience (Braze experience preferred)
  • CRM experience in a relevant industry (retail, grocery, travel sectors preferred)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using data visualization tools and reporting
  • SQL familiarity (understanding query writing, data extraction, and database concepts)
  • HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
  • Awareness of GDPR/data privacy regulations and their application
