About the Role:As a Surveyor Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating with the contract team to ensure compliance with client expectations and health & safety standards.
- Oversee contract execution from survey to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and profitability targets.
- Manage and coordinate with the contract team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Significant experience in contract management, preferably in the building and construction industry.
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Solid knowledge of building processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Degree in Construction or a related field, such as Business Administration or Project Management.
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme certification, demonstrating a commitment to health & safety.
- Experience in insured building repairs, with a strong understanding of the associated processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Able to build rapport with clients, staff, and contractors, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
