Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on resolving unusual situations, such as flooding, fire alarms, and breakdowns.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the plant, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve autonomous, preventative, and curative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure line efficiency while respecting and remaining within the maintenance budget, adhering to PDCA Principles.
  • Identify innovative ways to improve the operation and efficiency of the factory plant.
  • Analyse the cause of breakdowns and implement measures to prevent reoccurrences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PDCA Principles and maintenance best practices.
