Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement urban development plans and strategies to promote sustainable growth and community development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local government, community groups, and private sector organizations, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in urban development and planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, community leaders, and private sector partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting urban development and planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in town planning and development, with a strong understanding of urban development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting urban development and planning.
