Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insolvency Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to work within our Dispute Resolution department, focusing on contentious insolvency law. As a Senior Insolvency Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining your own caseload, with guidance from senior lawyers, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including acting for insolvency practitioners and directors, as well as claimants and defendants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and maintaining your own caseload, with guidance from senior lawyers, and focusing on contentious insolvency law.
  • Displaying excellent file management skills to meet the needs of the business.
  • Advising clients on funding options and providing high-quality, proactive legal advice that meets client needs.
  • Undertaking advocacy and advising clients on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties from time to time allocated to the role.

Requirements

  • Solicitor - minimum of 2 years PQE within the area of Dispute Resolution and/or Insolvency.
  • Delivers high-quality legal services on own initiative.
