Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and snacks for our clients
  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and restaurant environment
  • Support with counter service and till work, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role, preferably in a school or education setting
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
