Bellrock Group is in search of an innovative and strategic Senior Technology Executive to become a vital member of our leadership team. This role is essential in steering technological advancements and digital evolution within our organization. As the Senior Technology Executive, you will be responsible for formulating and executing our IT vision, ensuring it aligns with our corporate goals and enhances our market competitiveness.

This key position will oversee the integration and application of digital solutions across all facets of the organization. You will lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness, enriching customer interactions, and increasing overall business value in a dynamic private equity environment. This hands-on role is perfect for a strategic leader eager to cultivate and guide a technology team while fostering strong partnerships across the organization. The role also encompasses critical aspects of mergers and acquisitions and the subsequent integration of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, ensuring the smooth incorporation of digital technologies to boost productivity and efficiency across various departments.
  2. Vendor and Technology Solution Evaluation: Direct the selection and assessment of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, ensuring they are scalable, effective, and aligned with digital objectives. Supervise technology and vendor choices to support the business strategy.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Collaborate with and manage senior stakeholders, promoting digital literacy and ensuring organizational alignment with digital projects.
  4. Technical Leadership and Oversight: Oversee IT infrastructure and digital tool integration with an emphasis on security, scalability, and innovation, supported by a robust technical background in software development and API integration.
  5. Financial Oversight and Management: Manage budgeting and financial planning for technology investments, ensuring contracts with IT vendors provide maximum value. Conduct return on investment analysis for digital initiatives.
  6. Team Leadership and Resource Management: Lead a diverse team of technical experts to deliver digital projects on schedule and within budget.
  7. Process Optimization and Efficiency: Direct initiatives to enhance works management processes, improving efficiency through technology.
  8. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and validate contracts with IT vendors to secure advantageous terms that align with the organization’s digital goals.
  9. Technology Implementation and User Acceptance: Oversee user acceptance testing and the deployment of new technology platforms, ensuring they meet business and user requirements for seamless adoption.
  10. Business Collaboration and Solution Development: Partner with divisional business leaders to identify challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.
  11. Product Development Roadmap Collaboration: Collaborate with software development teams to shape the roadmap for product development, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives.
  12. Support in Bid Processes: Assist in identifying functionality and capability gaps during the bidding process to ensure proposals accurately reflect digital capabilities and meet client needs.
  13. IT-Business Relationship Management: Represent the technology function in business discussions, ensuring the necessary technology capabilities are developed to meet business needs.
  14. Risk and Compliance Oversight: Ensure effective management of risks and compliance, including adherence to standards such as ISO27001CE+. Implement a zero-trust framework in cybersecurity and manage Data Subject Access Requests.
  15. IT Sourcing Strategy Development: Formulate IT sourcing strategies, drive sourcing management, achieve significant savings through vendor consolidation, and negotiate better terms and conditions.
  16. Post-Merger IT Integration Leadership: Lead efforts for post-merger IT integration, ensuring the seamless consolidation of systems and processes.

Essential Experience:

  1. Demonstrated success in leading and executing digital programs, particularly those focused on works management and ERP systems.
  2. Hands-on experience in process optimization related to inventory, procurement, and invoicing systems, showcasing the ability to enhance operations through digital solutions.
  3. In-depth knowledge of integrating ERP systems to support and improve business processes.
  4. Expertise in developing works management systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
  5. Proven leadership in digital transformation, demonstrating the ability to manage teams, resources, and challenges effectively.
  6. Skilled in negotiating and managing software vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  7. Strong experience in engaging with and managing the expectations of senior stakeholders.
  8. Proven capability in leading change management for digital transformation, addressing cultural shifts, and facilitating smooth technology adoption.
  9. Experience in outsourcing IT services.
  10. Experience in a senior technology role within a private equity portfolio company that has grown through mergers and acquisitions, including post-merger IT integration experience.
  11. Extensive experience in digital transformation leadership, with a track record of successful project management and strategy implementation.
  12. Strong technical expertise.
  13. Excellent financial management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  14. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
