We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, supporting them with their daily needs and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with safe lifting and moving of service users
- Administer medication as required
- Prepare and serve meals
- Enable service users to achieve independence in accordance with their care plan
- Provide general companionship and support
