As a vital member of our restaurant team, the Restaurant Runner will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our dining services. Your role will involve assisting the front-of-house staff and kitchen personnel by delivering food and beverages to our patrons with speed and precision. Your keen attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the timely delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen to the dining area.
  • Ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with both the serving staff and kitchen team to coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests by promptly addressing their requests and concerns.
  • Assist in setting up, clearing, and resetting tables to uphold a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive workplace.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations consistently.

Compensation: £11.44 per hour plus tronc.
