Responsibilities of Mortgage & Protection Advisors

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' individual circumstances and goals.
  • Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from across the market.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
