Credit Controller

A unique opportunity has arisen to work as a Credit Controller at Mitchell Adam, a well-established retail organisation with a strong commitment to providing high-quality products to its customers.
This role is a varied and challenging position, where the successful applicant will be responsible for handling query resolutions, maintaining sales ledgers, chasing aged debt, running weekly reports, invoicing, and taking customer payments.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of a results-driven team, reporting to the Head of Credit and often assisting with senior levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a range of national and international stakeholders, utilising excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and targets.
- Experience with credit controller duties, particularly advantageous if you have strong experience chasing old, aged debt and resolving unallocated balances.
- Be a proactive team player, eager to contribute to the team's success.
- Opportunities to work on new projects, streamline processes, and continuously make improvements to support the organisation's development.
