Position Overview:

In the role of Upper Key Stage 2 Educator, you will be tasked with delivering stimulating and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 2. Your contribution will be vital in instilling a passion for learning, promoting inquisitiveness, and aiding students in acquiring essential skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities of the Upper Key Stage 2 Educator:

  • Design and implement engaging and interactive lessons that spark students' interest and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and vibrant KS2 curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the varied needs of students.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
  • Encourage students to inquire, explore new concepts, and enhance their problem-solving abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and apply effective teaching strategies and initiatives.
  • Engage in and lead extracurricular activities that enrich students' educational experiences.

Qualifications Required for Upper Key Stage 2 Educator:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching students in Key Stage 2.
  • Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A sincere passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance educational and administrative tasks.
