Salary: Competitive starting salary range from £37,631 up to £42,943 (dependent upon experience) + London Allowance with the potential to progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of library services and strategies that align with the University's mission and goals.
- Manage a team of library professionals to deliver high-quality services and support to students and staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic staff to ensure that library services meet their needs and support their teaching and research activities.
- Oversee the management of library resources, including collections, facilities, and technology.
- Ensure that library services are accessible, inclusive, and equitable for all students and staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree and/or professional qualification in librarianship or a related field.
- Proven experience of leading a team and managing library services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with academic staff and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
