About the Role

The University of the Arts London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer and Year Leader to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our BA Costume for Theatre and Screen course.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the BA Costume for Theatre and Screen course, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring they are aligned with the course's learning outcomes and the University's strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the Course Leader and other academic staff to ensure seamless delivery of the course.
  • Contribute to the development of the course's research and innovation agenda, identifying opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive learning experience.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Lecturer with a strong background in costume education and a proven track record of teaching and leading at higher education level. You will have a relevant degree in a costume-related subject and experience of managing and developing curricula that enhance the student experience.
