About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition
  • Load and unload merchandise from vehicles
  • Operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area
Requirements
  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25kg
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
