Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert commercial and contractual advice to our clients in the civil engineering and groundworks sector.

• Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
• Undertake costs analysis and work autonomously with little supervision
• Agree on the valuation of variations and check sub-contractors' interim and final account applications
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders and advise on procurement strategy
• Perform risk and value management and cost control
• Assist in establishing clients' requirements and prepare monthly reports

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced civil engineering/groundworks/RC frame environment
• Compiled and administered NEC subcontract contracts previously
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude, outgoing, assertive, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible

• A competitive daily rate of £350-£450
