Position: Automotive Body Repair Specialist

Location: Rugby

Compensation: £23 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 0700hrs - 1600hrs

Igloo is seeking experienced Automotive Body Repair Specialists to enhance our client's operations in Rugby. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work within a skilled team and advance your career in the automotive repair industry.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Body Repair Specialist, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Realigning vehicle structures.
  • Disassembling and reassembling components.
  • Conducting Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (M.E.T.) repairs.
  • Installing new body panels.
  • Applying filler to restore damaged bodywork, including larger jobs on high-top vehicles.
  • Completing repairs to ensure a seamless finish that integrates with existing bodywork.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Proven experience in an automotive bodyshop as a Panel Beater, with a solid understanding of vehicle repair techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge across all facets of vehicle repairs.
  • Personal tools necessary for the role, including hammers, blocks, dollies, etc.
  • A commitment to working efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
