About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team at Didcot Community Hospital in Oxfordshire.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support ward staff in their day-to-day work and development, promoting interdisciplinary team working.
  • Provide information, training, and support to promote effective patient care and discharge from the ward area.
  • Lead Healthcare Assistants and peers to ensure high standards of patient-centred care.
  • Contribute to monitoring and auditing of care standards in the ward area.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and share key issues across the ward team.
  • Use resources efficiently and work proactively as the ward and bed co-ordinator.
  • Be visible and accessible to patients, relatives, and colleagues to work effectively within the team.
Requirements
  • Current NMC RN Level One or due to qualify following completion of University degree.
  • Evidence of ongoing development and education.
  • Rehabilitation skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate potential for management and leadership.
